Allegiant (Divergent #3) by Veronica Roth
So the Divergent trilogy has come to an end.
Mostly, I did enjoy this book. I was glued to the story for 2 days because I had to know how it would end.
I will say I was surprised, but pleased with how Veronica Roth chose to end the series.... kinda.
Although Allegiant wasn't as gripping as Insurgent, and at times it was a little slower, overall the plot was good and there were some twists and shocks that totally had me.
As a final book in a series, it didn't quite live up to my expectations, but I'm not that disappointed.

The Ocean At The End of The Lane by Neil Gaiman
I listened to this on audiobook, read by the author, and even though it's a fairly short story, it felt so much longer and I struggled so much to finish it.
The story itself was strange and slow, and really didn't go anywhere at all!
Neil Gaiman as the narrator has a nice, smooth sounding voice, however, the way he read it sounded quite pretentious. He described EVERYTHING with rich enthusiasm, even if it was the most basic thing happening. Everytime his voice became overly expressive, I thought something was going to be revealed or something amazing was going to happen, and then... nothing happened!
I really wanted to like this story because it seems so well loved, but I simply don't understand what's so wonderful about it.

Uglies: Shay's Story (Uglies: Graphic Novel #1) by Scott Westerfeld
This was a nice quick read as part of the Uglies series, but I don't feel like it told me anything I didn't already know.
Getting Shay's side of the story was pretty much the same introduction to the world that Tally had in the original books, but from Shay's point-of-view.
I liked it, and the drawings were great, but I was hoping for a little more.
